FLUID My Advising Notes Shows 'There are no notes available.' When all Existing Notes Have Update Date Older Than Seven Days (Doc ID 2883558.1)

Symptoms

When clicking the My Advising Notes tile on the FLUID Advisor Homepage, the next page displays with the message "There are no notes available." When querying the PS_SAA_MYADVNOTE_V table for the ADVISOR_ID, there are rows returned, but all show a value in  SAA_NOTE_UPD_DT older than 7 days. There is no option provided to the advisor to be able to filter the results to allow viewing of the older notes.

It's expected that the Advisor should at least have an option to filter to see more notes, if they don't want to limit to just those updated within last 7 days.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Query PS_SAA_MYADVNOTE_V to identify a ADVISOR_ID with existing rows all older than 7 days.
  2. As the Advisor, sign in and navigate to the Advisor Homepage.
  3. Click the My Advising Notes tile, and note the page displays with the message 'There are no notes available.'
