GPESP: Error Calculating Daily Regulatory Base in Absences Occurring in the Hiring Month (Doc ID 2883901.1)

Symptoms

There is a calculation error in the case of an employee with an absence in the hire month, which takes place in the following months.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Hire an employee on January 1st, 2020.
Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Data

2. Enter IT from January 10 till March 31st
Navigation: Global Payroll & Absence Management > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Maintain Absences ESP

3. Run January and check the calculated BRD element
Navigation:Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll > Calculate Absence and Payroll

4. Now Increase salary from February 1st, 2020
Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Data > Compensation

5. Run February 2020 and check the calculated BRD
Navigation:Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll > Calculate Absence and Payroll
Notice there is a small difference in the BRD calculation used in the following months
