On: 8.59, Process Scheduler
Process monitor header doesn't show the label for options and jobsets
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

No column header text for Recurrence column from Process Monitor page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
----------------------
There should be a meaningful description for Recurrence column on Process Monitor page on the header.
STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : Main Menu > PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Monitor
2. Notice no title header text for "Recurrence" which is column to right of "Process Name".
BUSINESS IMPACT:

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, there is no meaningful description what the blank column is for from Process Monitor.
