Symptoms

Recent upgrade to PeopleTools 8.59 version. Trying to change the private key password of the "pskey" keystore, normally located under the following folder:

<PS_CONFIG_HOME>\psft\pt\8.59\webserv\peoplesoft\piaconfig\keystore

Using the following command as was done in earlier PeopleTools versions:
