In HR Announcements The Recipient List Is Not Working For Query Based Recipient List With Duplicate Operator IDs One Of Them Locked Out (Doc ID 2884297.1)

Symptoms

When an Employee is connected to two Operator IDs (OPRID) and one of them is locked out the query based recipient list gives SQL errors when selecting ‘View Recipient List’. Additionally the notification/announcement/email is not sent.


STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. Login to PeopleSoft.
2. Create two Operator IDs for the same Employee
3. Go to : Peopletools > Security > User profiles
4. Add a different email address to each Operator ID.
5. Create query that retrieves the shared EmplID, using records: EMPLOYEES, PSOPRDEFN
6. Run the query where two records are retrieved.
7. Create a Query Based Recipient List using your query.
8. Set No Setup security and Submit
9. Select ‘View Recipient List’ fatal PeopleCode SQL error pops up. Followed by other errors.
10. Create a HR notification
11. Use the Query Based Recipient List.
12. View Recipients List, an error is displayed: Fatal PeopleCode SQL error pops up.
13. HR Notification can be saved and sent to be processed/
14. It will report the notifications were sent with a wrong date (it was observed the date was 3 weeks before it was created)
15. Notification was not sent.
