Symptoms
On : 8.57.24 version, DataMover
Unable to log in to DB using Datamover (or) Application Designer after the DB from on-premise was migrated to an OCI's Autonomous DB of shared type and ATP.

ORA-01031: insufficient privileges for SYSADM user in ATP database while connecting to the data mover
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Datamover
2. Try to login with SYSADM
