Symptoms
Text Catalog entries do not display the correct message for a specific Benefit Program and Plan Type in the Benefits Summary.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Add a new row with new text for Text ID 'ENR_BEN_PLAN', owner 'HBN', SubId 'SUMM' specifying Benefit Program and Plan Type 10. Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad > Maintain Text Catalog > Maintain Text Catalog.
- Sign in as Fluid Self Service User.
- Go Employee Self-Service > Benefits Details tile > Benefits Summary.
- Click on the Medical tile.
- Text added in the previous steps is not displaying.
