Symptoms

Text Catalog entries do not display the correct message for a specific Benefit Program and Plan Type in the Benefits Summary.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Add a new row with new text for Text ID 'ENR_BEN_PLAN', owner 'HBN', SubId 'SUMM' specifying Benefit Program and Plan Type 10. Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad > Maintain Text Catalog > Maintain Text Catalog.
  2. Sign in as Fluid Self Service User.
  3. Go Employee Self-Service > Benefits Details tile > Benefits Summary.
  4. Click on the Medical tile.
  5. Text added in the previous steps is not displaying.
