EPY: Error When Adding a Direct Deposit for an Employee Transferred From CAN to USA.

Symptoms
When employee is transferred from CAN to USA, it is not allowed to add a new direct deposit in USA and the following messages are displayed:
"There are no prompt values currently available for this field. (4,4)
The prompt table for this field is currently not specified. Use any value you wish."
Manually entered the Bank ID and the Bank Name and Address gets properly derived, but the following message prevents from saving the information:
"An invalid Country Code has been selected. (2000,824)
A Country Code of "USA" must be selected. Other Country Codes are not currently supported for direct deposit transfers."
Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Canadian Employee with Canadian Direct Deposit:
Navigate to Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data CAN > Request Direct Deposit.
Effective Date:01/01/2021
Status: Active
2. Transfer employee to USA.
3. Navigate to Employee Pay Data USA > Request Direct Deposit, the current Canadian direct deposit information is displayed.
Effective Date:01/01/2021
Status: Active
Country Code: CAN
4. Add a new row in the Employee Pay Data USA > Request Direct Deposit with effective date 05/05/2021 and it is automatically populated with Canadian Direct Deposit.
Change the country code to USA and the following message appears preventing from selecting a US Bank ID even if there are active Banks:
"There are no prompt values currently available for this field. (4,4)
The prompt table for this field is currently not specified. Use any value you wish."
5. Manually enter the Bank ID, and Bank Name and Address gets properly derived.
6. Upon saving, the following message prevents from saving the information:
"An invalid Country Code has been selected. (2000,824)
A Country Code of "USA" must be selected. Other Country Codes are not currently supported for direct deposit transfers."
