EPY: Chart Field Expense Mapping is Not Showing the New Combination Code

Chart field expense mapping
While configuring "Expenses mapping" for non commitment accounting, we are unable to bring up the new combination code that was created.
The newly created combination code should be able to be seen in the Edit Chartfields link on the Expense Mapping page.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Add a brand new combination code without check the valid flag - Set Up HCM>Common Definitions>ChartField Configuration>Combination Code Table
2. Add an Expense Mapping page and enter "GL Group Activity then click the Edit ChartField link - Set Up HCM>Product Related>Payroll for North America>GL Interface>ChartField Expense Mapping USA
3. Verify that the combination code is not seen in the lookup
