Activity Management WorkCenter (AMWC) Filter Displays Multiple Identical Lines In Exam Period ID Dropdown (Doc ID 2885949.1)

When using WorkCenter Filters in the Activity Management WorkCenter, The Exam Period ID field dropdown displays multiple identical lines. The dropdown values are based on the Academic Period Attributes defined for the exam period in the Academic Period table, such that if there are multiple career rows defined in the Attributes, a separate dropdown value will display for each career. 

The Exam Period ID field drop down should only be showing each unique value one time, as the distinction with the Career attribute is not indicated on the page and is not important to the task being performed. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Self-service > Activity Management Work Center.
2. Click Filter option in left navigation. 
3. Click dropdown for Exam Period ID and note duplicate values displayed. 
4. Navigate to Setup SACR > Foundation tables > Term setup > Academic Period, for one of the duplicate values, and note the multiple career rows in the Academic Period Attributes section.
