Symptoms

Using PT 8.59 version, Portal Technology - Pagelets in AP Operation Dashboard shows 'You are not authorized for this page':

The AP Operation Dashboard is visible in the navigator but doesn’t render properly and throws you are not authorized for this page error.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP Operation Dashboard
2. Error 'You are not authorized for this page' occurs
