Symptoms
When deleting a journal an error is received as noted below
ERROR from the appplication log as reported by customer:
Please note the errors provided above from the user perspective is what Oracle Support got when replicating the issue. For the customer who reported the issue - they said the user just got kicked out and didn't any of the errors that Oracle Support got.
STEPS
---------------
1) Go to General Ledger -.> Journals -> Create Journals -> Add/Update Journal Entries
2) Search for a journal that has not been posted and pull it up
3) Delete journal - get error
