EGL 9.2: If Inter/IntraUnit Box is Selected on the Journal, and No Value is Entered, Additional Cash Balancing Lines are Created

Symptoms
When creating an IntraUnit Journal and a user accidentally clicks on the Inter/IntraUnit Group Box and then does not enter a value, the journal has lines that appear to be incorrect (chartfield values are missing). Once this Inter/IntraUnit Group Box is opened, there is no way to get out of it.
STEPS
1) Create intraunit journal. Click on Inter/IntraUnit box and do not enter a value in the field.
2) Edit the journal and review the lines
