Enrollment Verification Report Address Fields are Cut Off After 35 Characters -Due to ENRL_VER_SND_ADDR Fields on ENRL_VER_PRT_HD Being Truncated by SRPCENVR COBOL (Doc ID 2886138.1)

When running enrollment request verification, the address fields on the resulting report are only displaying up to 35 characters. A trace of the remote call cobol process SRPCENVR will show that the ENRL_VER_SND_ADDR Fields on ENRL_VER_PRT_HD are being inserted with only 35 characters.

The full address should be displaying in all cases, and the cobol process should not be limiting the number of characters inserted, since the address fields in the application permit up to 55 characters, and application designer has the fields defined as 80 characters. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Verifications > Enrollment Verification and enter a new request for a student. 
2. Go to address tab and click edit address link.
3. In the address1, address2, and address 3 lines enter a line with more than 35 characters, such as "This is a test to see where the address line cuts off"
4. Go back to first tab and click 'print' button to print the report.
5. Click on the Report Manager link then the link to the .PDF to review the report output. If the issue was replicated, the lines in step 3 will be cut off after 35 characters.
