Transcript Print Sort Option- Zip/Postal Code not Working (Doc ID 2886278.1)

Sort by Postal Code is not working in the Batch Transcript Process.

POSTAL code value is not inserted/updated in the POSTAL field of PS_SSR_TSRSLT_HDR record, so transcript reports are not sorted based on the students postal code.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator-->Records and Enrollment-->Transcripts-->Batch Transcripts-->Process Transcripts
2. Make sure the selected sort order is Zip/Postal Code
3. Select population of student for transcript run
4. Preview report after finished running and not the sort order is not postal codes.
