Symptoms

No message is triggering on the Multiple Absences Approval page when the Approve button is clicked when no rows are selected.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Navigate to Workforce Administrator homepage > Time and Labor WorkCenter > Approve Multiple Absence Requests).
     2. Click Approve button without selecting any rows.
