Matrix Teams Show Duplicate Items in Group Build Prompt Window

Symptoms
It was reported that Matrix Teams are showing duplicate items in the group build prompt window
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Workforce Administrator home page and click Manage Business Partners
2. Next click on Matrix Teams to expand the section
3. Now clicked on Matrix Teams
4. Clicked Add a New Value and clicked Add
5. Scroll down and select Build with Existing Hierarchy under Hierarchy Definition
6. Next change Access Type to By Group ID and then click the Group ID prompt
7. Note that there are two of the same entries in this prompt.
