'Description' Language Row Inserted Using Student Self Service Languages Page When No Language Data Added (Doc ID 2887637.1)

When adding a language through student self service and saving the data, the language added is displayed in the Self Service > Languages page. Clicking "Add a Language" button again without entering any language information or saving, followed by clicking ‘Return to Languages Summary’ link inserts a new row with 'Description' as the language.  No other fields are populated on the Description row.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as a student;
2. Go to Self Service > Campus Personal Information > Languages;
3. Add a language;
4. Click the Add a Language button;
5. Do not enter any language information;
6. Click the ‘Return to Languages Summary’ link;
7. A new row is entered with 'Description' as the language.
