E-FLUID: Using Classic Plus Receiving Error 'This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it' (Doc ID 2887656.1)

The following error message is happening on multiple locations throughout PeopleSoft:

Example replication 1:

1. Log into HCM PeopleTools 8.58.13

2. Click on the “My eLearning” tile (ELM).

3. User is transferred to ELM 9.2 PeopleTools 8.58.13.

4. User clicks on the course in which they are currently enrolled.

5. User then clicks on the “My eLearning” button in the top left corner to go back

6. Error appears: 'This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below'

Example replication 2:

1. Logged in to PIA as VP1, navigate to: PeopleTools > process scheduler > system process requests

2. Leave basic search blank and hit search

3. Hanging occurs

Example replication 3:

1. Navigate to Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Definitions > Cardholder Profile

2. Under "Find an Existing Value" Choose Employee ID and type an ID or leave blank.

3. Click Search

4. Component hangs
