CLASSIC ESS: HIDE PRIORITY, PERCENT/AMOUNT FIELDS WHEN DEPOSIT TYPE IS BALANCE OF NET PAY

Symptoms
Add Direct Deposit page in Onboarding allows User to Enter Percent/Amount for "Balance of Net Pay" Deposit Type without issuing any warning/error message. But when same Direct Deposit detail is added through "Request Direct Deposit" page in below Navigation, system throws error message as "Amount or % Net Pay has been specified for a Deposit Type of 'Balance'".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login into system as Employee
2) Navigate to the below Navigation
Main Menu -> Self Service -> Onboarding
3) Add Direct Deposit account with Deposit type "Balance of Net Pay" and
Enter Amount/Percent.
4) Save transaction
