Unable to deploy index after upgrade. For example:

1) Navigate to:

PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Deploy/Delete Object

2) Deploy EP_AP_VOUCHERS

3) Getting the below error on the screen:

This issue could happen on any other index.
