Symptoms

When attempting to add a current effective date in a newly created position number that has a maximum effective date of future date, the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as PS admin user.

2. From the Manager Home Page >> Select Position Management Tile >> Click on Create Position >> Create a new position number with a future date effective date.

3. Enter all the required position details and submit the position.

4. Once created, Add a new effective dated row with the current date (created above) in the same position number to see the error.
