Symptoms

The Benefit Enrollment tile shows a dynamic message of 'Resume Enrollment' for an employee with an open HIR event but who has not started the enrollment process.
Users are expecting to see 'Start Enrollment' for an employee who has not yet started and only 'Resume Enrollment' for an employee who has already started the enrollment process.

Steps to replicate:

1. Process the HIR event. Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Process > On-Demand Event Process.
2. Log in as that Employee to enroll in Benefits. Navigation: Employee Self-Service => Benefit Details => Benefit Enrollment tile.
3. The Benefits Enrollment tile shows 'Resume Enrollment' even though the Employee has not yet started the enrollment process.
