Attachment Not Deleted on Student Milestones Page When Delete a Milestone And Created a New Milestone For Same Student (Doc ID 2889327.1)

Symptoms

A Student Milestone is created with an attachment.

When deleting the milestone and adding a new milestone for same student with no attachments, the new milestone created has the attachment for the milestone previously deleted.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Student Milestones
2. Add a new milestone for a student.
3. Click on "Manage Milestone Documents" to add an attachment.
4. Set the Milestone Complete to "Completed" and save.
5. Go back to search page and use "Correct History" to delete the milestone created.
6. Go back to search page and add a new milestone for the student and do not attach any file.
7. Save the page.
8. Click on "Manage Milestone Documents" link on this new milestone, and the milestone created has the attachment for the milestone previously deleted.
