Symptoms
When executing the invoice finalization process BIIVC000 is executed in step FS_VATROUND.CurrRndg.Step01, the temporary table PS_VAT_CALC_TAO4 used in the query was revised and it has approximately 250 thousand lines. The process has been running for approximately 36 hours.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Billing finalization process BIIVC000 from navigation: Billing >Generate Invoices >Non-Consolidated >Finalize and Print Invoices
