View History Link for Comment History Throws Error in New Browser Window.
Supplier Change Request (SCR) Manage Request Approval review page has a link to view comment history. When link is selected, a new browser window opens with message:

Steps:

1) Navigate to Manage Request Approval review page. (Suppliers > Supplier chnage Request > Approve Change Request). Select Request Type as "Request Supplier change" and click Search.
2) Click on the View History link to view comment history.
3) It open new window and throws above error.
