E-AD : Unable to view an Object via Compare Report

Symptoms
In PeopleTools 8.57, it was possible to double-click on the name of an object in a Compare Report to open it.
After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.59.xx, this is no longer possible.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Launch Application designer
2) Login as superuser
3) Run a compare report
4) Double-click on the name of an object in a Compare Report to open it.
