SFP: SAFI Contains Blank Data for Prior Academic Year (Year 1) for New Summer Students (Doc ID 2890694.1)

When running Process SFP Messages with the Student Academic and Fin Info (SAFI) message class, the resulting data file is populated with blank values for the prior Academic Year (Year1). The issue is seen specifically with students newly admitted for a summer term, that may be part of the next aid year but is part of the previous Academic Year - for example, summer 2022 which is part of Aid Year 2023 but Academic Year 2022. As a result, the SAFI will error when processed in the SFP system. 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps: 

1. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface > Process SFP Messages
2. Populate the parameters including the SAFI message class.
3. Run the process and open the data file produced. 
4. Search in the file for reference to 'AcademicYear'; note that for the block defined with AcademicYearNumber '1', all of the other associated data is blank (in comparison to years 2 and higher where the data is populated).
