On Correct 2022-2023 ISIR Records, Clicking INAS Button Re-Directs to Earliest Effective Dated Row Instead of Current Effdt. (Doc ID 2890720.1)

After invoking INAS from any tab of the Correct 2022-2023 ISIR Records Component (ISIR_CORRPIA23), the application re-directs (per usual) to the EFC\DB Matches\Corr tab, however it is now landing on the first/earliest effective dated row, rather than the latest/current effective dated row, where the calculation had been performed.

The re-direct should be landing on the current effective dated row, as had always been the case prior to this observed behavior. The functionality is still working properly on the older year ISIR components.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Federal Application Data > Correct 2022-2023 ISIR records.
2. Choose a student who has more rows than just the initially loaded transaction; or if there is only the initially loaded transaction (row 1 of 1),  click the + sign to add a new row.
3. Click INAS button.
4. Note that the page has landed on the earliest row (2 of 2, or 4 of 4 etc.).
