Goal

The regular rate of pay is calculated when the Pay Calc is run. PeopleSoft states that the client must manually update the earnings codes that need to use that rate. However, when earnings that use the regular rate of pay are loaded from T&L, the override hourly rate of pay checkbox is grayed out so the rate cannot be changed. Why can you not override the hourly rate on the paysheet when loading through T&L?
