When attempting to run Process SAP - the SFA_SAP_BDRV Application Engine - the process ends in status of 'No Success', with the message "ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero" indicated in the .stdout file. The following is an example of the complete error message, which may vary depending on the environment and other circumstances:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Satisfactory Academic Progress > Process SAP and run the process.
2. Click link to Process Monitor and note when process finishes in status "No Success".
3. Click details link for the process, then link that says 'View Log/Trace'.
4. Click into the .stdout file in the file list, and note the error message.
