GPUK: When Accessing Employee’s Absence Data via Absence Event GBR Page the Following Error Occurs: “No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)“ (Doc ID 2892282.1)

Symptoms

When the HR Administrator comments on an Absence already submitted by a Manager, if the Manager changes the Absence details, the HR Admin will receive the following error when trying to review the Absence 

 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Log in as a Manager and submit an absence for one of his or her direct reports.

Navigation: Manager Self Service homepage > Absence and Holiday Input tile > Absence Request for Team

  1. Log in as HR Admin & add a comment via Absence Event GBR > Comments page for employee's Absence Entry created in Step#1.

Navigation: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Absence Event GBR

  1. Log in as Manager and modify the End Date of the Absence Entry in step#1 and click Submit.

Navigation: Manager Self Service Homepage > Absence and Holiday Input tile > Team Absence History

  1. Admin logs in and accesses the employee's absence data via Absence Event GBR which will then encounter the error “No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)“.

Navigation: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Absence Event GBR
