Error 'SetCursorPos page SA_REQUEST_HEADER not found in component (2,210)' Displays on Request Transcript Report Component After Clicking Process Request Button with Transcript Type Left Blank (Doc ID 2892398.1)

On the Request Transcript Report component, when clicking the 'Process Transcript' button, the following error occurs if the Transcript Type field was left blank: 

The Transcript Type field is required, and correctly marked as so on the Transcript Request Header tab, so it's expected that the process will not work without the field populated; however, the error message should be more accurate and provide some reference to the Transcript Type being required. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment -> Transcript -> Request Transcript Report.
2.  Click add a new value.
3. Leave the transcript type blank on the first tab and click tab 2 -Request Details.
4. Click the Process button and note the error displayed on the page.
