The code in application package PSXP_RPTDEFNMANAGER.ReportDefn, method GetPSQueryPromptRecord from an internal environment is compared to an external vendor's code on the same PUM image.  In one example, both environments have PUM 26 applied.  The code on the vendor's environment is different than the internal environment.

Why is the application package code different when both environments have applied the identical maintenance?
