When running Benefits Administration or COBRA COBOL processes, it ends with the following error:

Steps to replicate in Benefits Administration:

1. Enter Run Control. Enter Schedule ID. Go to OE/Snapshot tab and check Assign Program in the Reprocess. (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
2. Run the batch Benefits Administration process.

Steps to replicate in COBRA:

1. Enter Run Control and Process Overage Dependents parameter. (Navigation: Benefits > Administer COBRA Benefits >Manage Automated Participation > COBRA Qualifying Process).
2. Run the batch COBRA process.
