Symptoms
When processing events through Benefits Administration for employees, the error message below appears several times in the On Demand EM - Error Messages for Benefit Plan: xxxx even though there are no Cross Plans setup for Dental plans.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Process a Benefits Administration Event for an employee employee (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
2. Click the Show Errors button to review the On Demand EM - Error Messages.
