SFP: SAFI Validation Error When Student Has Multiple Active Programs (Doc ID 2893876.1)

Symptoms

Students who graduated in the 21/22 aid year, but then are matriculated into a new program in a new career for the 22/23 aid year with an effective date that falls within the 21/22 aid year can not have an enrollment created in SFP.

Their SAFI for the new program produces the following validation error: Validation errors:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Campus Community > Student Fin Planning Interface > Process SFP Messages.
  2. Populate the parameters, including Message Class 'Student Academic and Fin Info'. 
  3. Run the process. 
  4. Review the file produced.
