E-NV: nVision Runs to Error with Office 2019 and Above Versions. (Doc ID 2894360.1)

After upgrading to Office 2019 on the scheduler server nVision reports fail in some environments.

Steps to replicate:

1. Login to PIA and navigate to Reporting Tools-> nVision -> Define Report Request OR

2. Select/Define a Report Request or Report Book and run it on the NT server.

3. The process goes to Error with the below error message in the Message Log:

Excel interface exception [E:\PT859P07B_2201030502-retail\peopletools\src\psnxl\gridapp.cpp:2175] Op' Error for 'Microsoft Excel:

Additionally, in Task Manager an active entry for 'Microsoft Office Click-to-Run' can be found when nVision reports are run.

Excel version upgraded to Office 2019 on the Scheduler server.
