Symptoms
Maintain Time Reporter Data and Workgroup page giving "A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred..." error when inserting a row.
ERROR

"A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details."
Steps to replicate:
1. Login as Manager
2. Navigate to Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporters > Maintain Time Reporter Data.
3. Select EE
4. Try to add new Effective Date row and save
5. Error can be seen
OR
1. Login as Manager. Navigate to Setup HCM ->Product Specific -> Time and Labor-> Rules and Workgroups->Workgroups
2. Select group.
3. Insert effective dated row.
4. Change page values as needed.
5. Save.
Changes
This error was being caused by a new App Package - SCH_RSLV_RTI_APP_PKG - trying to SQL from the PS_PTSF_INDEX table.
