Country Address Format Display and Print Setup Changes Causes Add Person Error (Doc ID 2895579.1)

When Country Address Format's Display and Print setup is changed, adding a person errors out.

Error Message:

Please select an Address Type association.

Each address must have one or more types associated with it to indicate how
you use that address. To select a type or add a type to a current address,
check the desired box under Address Type.

An asterisk (*) to the right of a type indicates that another address is
already associated with this type. If you choose this type, you will
automatically override the previous association. Any type that is grayed out
is for display only or otherwise not available for association with an

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Navigate to Set Up Common Objects > Install > Country Address Format
  2. Search and open Country = USA
  3. Go to  Display and Print tab
  4. Check all boxes under Include in Display
  5. Check all boxes under Include in Print except for Address 3
  6. Fill in the Line Number and Position Number for Country, Address 3 and County
  7. Navigate to Campus Community > Personal Information > Add/Update a Person
  8. Add a Person
  9. Click Add and fill in the First Name, Last Name, and Address.
  10. Click Save -- error is shown
