E-CRM: In the Solution Feedback RC_FEEDBACK table, ROW_ADDED_OPRID Field Display the Employees Name instead of the OPRID (Doc ID 2895921.1)

Symptoms


OPRID not added on RC_FEEDBACK table
In the RC_FEEDBACK database table, the ROW_ADDED_OPRID field is displaying the employees name, rather than displaying the OPRID. 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Employee Self service, click "HR Service Center' tile
2. Click on one of the Solution on Top Solution pagelet
3. Enter Feedback
Check RC_FEEDBACK database table
