Elastic Search CRM Helpdesk Search for answers - French
For Employee Self-Service HR Service Center 'Search for Answers' search, when logged in as a non Base language user (Canadian French), the Facets are not displayed in Canadian French.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a non Base language user (Canadian French)
2. Select Employee Self Service homepage
3. Click HR Service Center Tile
2. Enter keyword in the 'Search for Answers' section
3. Click Search
The Facets are displayed in English instead of Canadian French
