Symptoms
When Open Enrollment Events are created with an Event Date of 10/1 and employees attempt to make an election for Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for the next calendar year, the FSA Worksheet shows the number of pay periods remaining in the current year rather than the following year.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Configure an Open Enrollment Definition for 10/1 (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Automated Benefits > Processing Controls > Open Enrollment Definition).
2. Configure a Schedule for the Open Enrollment (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Automated Benefits > Processing Controls > Schedule Table).
3. Create Benefits Administration Events (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
4. Employee navigates to Employee Self Service homepage > Open Enrollment, Benefits Enrollment step.
5. Employee selects the FSA tile.
6. Employee selects the Flexible Spending Account Worksheet.
7. Number of pay periods remaining shown on the worksheet is incorrect.
