Symptoms

When attempting to access the packaging status summary page or the view financial aid status page for a student, the following error occurs.

The issue will likely occur only for one particular emplid or a small number, while the page functions normally in most situations.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > View Packaging Status Summary > Packaging Status Summary.
  2. Enter emplid and other parameters.
  3. Note the error displayed on the page.
