Symptoms
When moving a learner to a new class and selecting Start Date in Class Code prompt, receive an error message.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Learning Environment Administrator
2. Navigate to Talent Administrator Dashboard > Enterprise Learning Tile > Learner Task > Administer Class Roster
3. Choose existing class with enrolled learners.
4. Select an enrolled learner.
5. Click on Actions > Other Actions > Move to New Class
6. Click on Class Code prompt.
7. Click Search from drop down list and choose Start Date, error message displayed.
