When submitting a time report from the Technician Workbench Elapsed Time entry component, the scheduled labor are not showing correct time sheet id.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Technician Workbench ( Maintenance Management > Workbenches > Technician Workbench).

2. Click Time Entry and enter new timesheet and save the page.

3. The Timesheet Id shows as NEXT in WM_WO_SCHED_LBR record.
