Symptoms

When clicking Verify Server Setup in navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Installation Options > Supplier Contract Management getting the error:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Main Menu > Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options
2. Select Product Option - Supplier Contract Management
3. Under Document Comparing and rendering section
        (a) Turn on the check box for Enable Compare Functionality
        (b) Enable Rendering .doc
        (c) Compare/Render Server/Path
        (d) Compare/Render Server/Path
4. Click on Verify Server Setup.     Receive the error above.
