Symptoms

Submit button not consistently available when Manager attempts to use small format (cell phone or tablet) device. This behavior is not consistent for all small device users and it does not occur on computers or laptops.

  1. Using Small Form Factor device, Manager signs in system.
  2. Access Team Time tile>Request Absence tile
  3. Although the page for entering an absence on behalf of employee is properly displayed, user notices the submit button is not available to push the event into activity.
