Qualified Dependent Checkbox Will Not Stay Selected for Existing Dependent/Beneficiary (Doc ID 2900698.1)

Symptoms

The Qualified Dependent checkbox will not stay selected on an existing dependent/beneficiary when a new Personal History record is inserted.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Add a new Effective Dated row for existing Dependent. Navigation:  Benefits > Employee/Dependent Information > Update Dependent Beneficiary.
  2. Check the Qualified Dependent flag.
