When adding a new effective date row for an element, on the Define List Set Page, the CRA code included in every earning disappears.
The CRA code should be populated with the value from the previous row.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1.When trying to include an existing element to a new agreement, try to add a new effective date row.
-> Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Elements > Define List Set
2. Check the CRA Codes data and notice that all the codes that were present in the existing row have disappeared for this new row.
